When starting MadGraph - must cd to src>MCProduction>MG5_aMC_v2_6_7.

Once there, run ./bin/mg5_aMC to start.

Ran generate p p > t t~ command to generate process.

Displayed processes.

Displayed Particles

Added second decay chain process

Ran command for the output of the processes that  to generate and calculate cross-sections

Ran the madGraph function

Unpacked file

Dowloaded lhe2root.py into VM.

Converted .lhe file to root file and ran root file.

    (tried to run ls in root - did not work)

Could not find where final data was placed.
