After that, the candidate needs to bring theocuments and original passport to the Embassy of Malaysia that is nearest to the candidate’s home country.

Yes. Staff is required to report for duty at the RC as soon as completion of studies/ extension. Staff is given the option of KIV graduation of one year and Damages Claims option.
Staff is required to report for duty at the Faculty and Human Talent Management Unit (HTM) as soon as the degree and senate letter is obtained, as well as related documents that has been listed in the Table for Reporting for Duty (Completion of Studies).
Fellow do not need to report for duty at the faculty as soon as completion of studies. Fellow is given a KIV graduation period of one year, but no personal allowance/ scholarship is paid during this period.
