Academic Administration and Services Department was set up with the objective of centralising all academic services for local and international students for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. This initiative is geared towards providing a streamlined and consolidated service to all students with regards to their academic matters in order to ease the process involved while making it easier for both students & staff to manage as well as conduct the necessary services needed for the academic framework.

Academic Strategic Planning Centre establishes and improvises academic policies and guidelines in line with current requirements of University and the relevant authorities, responsible on curriculum design and development processing of all academic programmes, as well as coordinates and analyses data related to academic matters.

Nurtures holistic development and well-being of UM’s academic staff academic in the area of Teaching and Learning in consultation with Academic Development and Enhancement Centre.
Academic Development and Enhancement Centre develops and supports UM’s academic staff in the domains of Teaching and Learning, research and supervision, as well as leadership and well-being; and manages and facilitates a range of academic enhancement activities including e-learning and learning spaces development.
