Matrisome X HuBMAP

About HuBMAP

In humans, the proper functioning of organs and tissues is dependent on the interaction, spatial organization, and specialization of all our cells. The goal of the NIH Human BioMolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP) is to develop an open and global platform to map healthy cells and their environment in the human body. As part of this effort the Naba lab and the Matrisome Project contributors will develop tools and resources to profile the molecular landscape of the ECM of human tissues. You can read more about our U01-funded project at: Thinking outside the cell: Leveraging HuBMAP data to build the human ECM atlas
