Check in & out of every shift using this Google form (click the link if the form to the right does not load).
By FRIDAY AT 5PM of each pay period:
1. Upload your timesheet to Box (on the right side of this webpage; click the link above if it fails to load).
Please fill out the timesheet carefully and completely. Check days, dates, and hours before submitting. LLAs should add 1.0 hours for each class (1.5 for T/Th classes).
When you upload, please name your file this way:
Timesheet Number - YourName.pdf
For example: Timesheet 2 - Juanita.pdf
2. Email Dr. Weber (edweber@uic.edu) and lclc@uic.edu.
Let us know that you have uploaded your timesheet. If you do not do that, and/or don’t turn them in on time, you will not be paid immediately.
3. Submit hours to UIC on Banner Self Service.
Fill out the Web Time Entry Link on Banner (my.uic.edu) to submit your hours from the above timesheet to HR.
