She is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Education, Health and Music in 1997 at St. Mary’s College of Tagum. She gained her Master’s Degree in Physical Education at the University of Mindanao in 2004 and completed her Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational Leadership at the University of the Immaculate Conception in 2011. She presently connected with the University of the Immaculate Conceptions as a Professor.
From 1997 to 2019, she experienced teaching in the Grade School, High School, College, and Graduate School. Her teaching experience allowed her to obtain relevant training in the discipline of Research, Physical Education, Leadership, Art Appreciation, Training Facilitation, and Teaching Methodologies. Her skills in these disciplines have allowed exposures to writing publications and textbooks for Grade 11 and 12 Physical Education, technical and ethics reviews, leadership training, and officership to organizations. She also performed the administrative function of a Program Dean from July 2012 to April 2016 and Research Capability Building Coordinator in June 2016- March 2018 at the University of the Immaculate Conception. She also gained an appointment from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED XI) as a member of the Regional Quality Assurance Team (RQAT) for a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. 2019-2020. Her appointment as Affiliated, Scientist Member of UIC Research Ethics Committee, is also effective 2019-2020.
