Skipping rope is one of the physical activities that has a variety of use. In this lesson, since we encourage recreational activities that compel individuals to be active, we will use skipping rope. Most of us learn to skip since grade school, but with the presence of technology in the late 20th century, you may find this hard to do. But practice will always get you somewhere.

It is fat-burning physical activities, burning more fat than jogging, 10 minutes of skipping rope is equal to 30 minutes of jogging.

Commercially Available Rope
The objective of this physical activity is to help build a strong heart and legs. It also improves hand, eye, and body coordination.
The length of your rope depends on your height. Or a typical 5ft tall person with at least 8ft of rope is suitable for you. Rubber and foam are ideal, but hard word is the best. With your body stand in a fairly erect manner, skip on the balls of your feet, heels should not touch the ground.
Hold the rope on both ends, the move the rope to pass from your head down to your feet. Once the rope is almost under your foot, skip on the rope and repeat the process until you get the motion properly synchronize with the turning of the rope and skipping on it.

1-3 = Rarely Successful in executing the skipping rope nearly half of the music..
4-6 = Successful in executing the skipping rope about half of the time with music.
7-9 = Successful most of the time in executing the skipping rope with almost the whole music.
10 = Always successful in executing the skipping rope finishing the whole music.
