A Physical Disability is defined as a condition of such severe physical limitation or deficiency as to require special assistance in learning situations to provide the opportunity for educational achievement equivalent to that of pupils without exceptionalities who are of the same age or developmental level.

Implement strategies and suggestions made by an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
Provide choice in learning activities
Use assistive devices
Chunk work into smaller parts
Provide a large or slanted work surface if applicable
Encourage your child to show their learning in multiple ways eg. oral recording, scribe, slide show, etc.
Provide positive encouragement and praise for small steps as well as big accomplishments.
