Build your schedule around routines you already have in your day
Plan more challenging tasks earlier in the day, before they get tired!
Consider reasonable amounts of time that any one thing is scheduled for. What can you child reasonably do?
Don't forget breaks! You can offer a variety of options like "take five deep breaths of fresh air", or "do 10 jumping jacks" (Click here for more examples)
Make sure to build in quiet time every day (for the kids, and for you!)
Try to limit exposure to COVID media information
