GERF Research Project

Gender Equity Research Fellowship (GERF) Research Project

We are currently conducting individual interviews with faculty who were caretakers during the COVID-19 pandemic era to understand the pandemic's impacts on research productivity. These interviews are the 2nd data collection point out of our 3-part research project. Each interview will be conducted via zoom and will take approximately 1 hour.

[For the purpose of this research, we define primary caretakers as male-identifying, female-identifying, non-binary, or gender nonconforming persons who were/are solely or the primary caretaker for children, parents, friends, and/or other family members during the COVID-19 pandemic]. Please contact Corinne @ cbrion1@udayton.edu or at 541-531-3770 to schedule a time to have a conversation.

This study is supported by the Women’s Center, the Women’s & Gender Studies program, and the Office of the Provost and has been approved by the University of Dayton Institutional Review Board.

Sincerely,

Corinne Brion
