IMPORTANT! SYN-100 project teams are responsible for the creation of all digital content related to their advertisement requests. A graphic design tool such - such as Canva - is recommended.

Intended For:
Promoting SYN-100 events and requesting responses for SYN 100 surveys
Requests should be submitted at least 3 business days prior to when the story is requested to be posted.
If advertising an event, ensure that 'SYN-100,' the event date, time, location, and event contact are clearly visible on the submitted graphic. Do not include a QR code on mobile digital advertising.
Content should be clear, concise, and legible.
Comply with Branding Guidelines.
Required Format: 1080 x 1920 px; JPG or PNG files
Advertisements will be posted to the Seventh Instagram story twice.

Intended For:
Promoting SYN-100 events and requesting responses for SYN-100 surveys
Requests should be submitted by 5:00pm on Thursday to be included in the following week's Monday newsletter.
If advertising an event, ensure that you provide an event description (100 words maximum) and that 'SYN-100,' the date, time, location of the event, and an event contact are clearly visible on the submitted graphic. Do not include a QR code on newsletter digital advertising.
Content should be clear, concise, and legible.

Due to limited space in the Seventh College Weekly Newsletter, requests may not be accommodated and/or may be published at a later date. Space allowing, advertisements will be posted once.

Showcasing final digital projects, promoting SYN-100 events, and requesting responses for SYN-100 surveys
Events or Survey Advertisements
Requests should be submitted at least one week prior to the time of the event.
Ensure that 'SYN-100,' the event date, time, location, and event contact are clearly visible on the submitted graphic.
Ensure that a QR code to your survey is included on the submitted graphic.
Content should be clear, concise, and legible.
Comply with Branding Guidelines.
Required Format: 1920 x 1080px; JPG or PNG file type
Advertisements will remain posted until the event date or the end of Finals Week.
Final Project Display
Ensure that your graphics are legible and fit on one page and, if applicable, include a QR code to your project website.
Content should be clear, concise, and legible.

Final projects will remain posted until the end of Week 3 of the following quarter.
