Moulino Tan

Moulino Tan was born and raised in Cambodia Town in Long Beach, CA. Tan is co-owner of the family business, Phnom Penh Noodle Shack and RiceString Noodle Shack. His dedicated work ethic is driven by his motivation to carry on his family’s legacy, and his desire to bring people together through Cambodian food.
