The University of California, Irvine (Program in Global Languages & Communication)

• Develop e-Learning multimedia self-paced courses for faculty professional development 

• Prepare curriculum and facilitate the synchronous/asynchronous online, face-to-face, and blended courses connected with academic reading/writing, ESL (English as a second language), translation/interpreting, TESOL, and research design

• Improved learner utilization of online learning management system (LMS) tools by 30% by better training participants on LMS capabilities

• Mentor the graduate students participating in the Graduate Fellowship Program during their work on designing the curriculum for the university’s classes
