Hello Mentor Teachers,

Woohoo! We are almost at the end of the year. Thank you for providing our UCI student teachers with your support and expertise. I can't thank you enough for everything you do.

As a small token of our appreciation, you will receive a small stipend from UCI in your final pay-stub OR provided as a gift card, depending on the agreement we have with your district office. I hope you will consider working with a UCI student teacher again in the future.

At this time, I request that you complete an evaluation of the UCI Supervisor who observed your student teacher. Mentor-Supervisor Survey
