The MD Program has an online library of faculty development resources that have been purposefully designed to support all faculty members who teach in the MD Program.
Modules cover essential topics related to curriculum, assessment, and the learning environment. Each module is designed for busy clinicians and can generally be completed in less than 30 minutes. Time spent completing these resources can be claimed for non-certified CPD credit.

The faculty development modules are accessible to all instructors through your Instructor Homepage in Cally. Login with your CCID and password. New modules will be added over time. As well, completion of modules will be tracked and recognized through Cally. Your teaching schedule will be linked to specific modules that are designed to provide specific support for your needs.

The modules in the online library of resources are varied and include topics in:
Social accountability (e.g. inclusive language, anti-Black racism in medicine, introduction to 2SLGTBQI+ health)
Pre-Clerkship teaching (e.g. Discovery Learning, team-based learning)
Clerkship teaching (e.g. teaching in unconventional environments, teaching family medicine)
Assessments (e.g. Entrustable Professional Activities, providing written feedback)
Longitudinal themes (e.g. teaching Communications sessions, teaching Physical Exam sessions)
There are 30+ modules currently available, with more added regularly. Login to your Instructor Homepage in Cally to access all the modules on the right hand side of your homepage.
