CANCELLATION POLICY:.as specified here, cancellations received prior to 30 June 2023 will receive a full refund, less a $30USD processing fee, and will be refunded in the original form of payment.  Cancellations must be received in writing, via email, to the IASL Secretariat at jill@c2cpro.solutions.  Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.  Registrations may be transferred to another individual (within the same zone) at any time with no penalty.

Pre/Post conference  Cultural Visits (to be held, e.g., on Sun. 16, Sat. 22, Sun. 23 July)

While professional and cultural visits (including different type of libraries and cultural sites) are scheduled to be held on Fri. 21, additional visits can be arranged on request (and might be charged as needed, e.g., museum entrance ticket - if any -, lunch, transportation etc.). 

Those who are arriving on before the conference or leaving later and prefer not to explore the city on their own, may show their interest in a visit, let’s say, to the Roman Aqueducts and other archeological sites (or other destinations - e.g., the city centre, Vatican Museums, Ostia Antica etc. -, according to the number of people interested) mailing asap to acascone@lasalle.org (and in c/c luisa.marquardt@uniroma3.it) with subject line: "Pre-Conference Visit - Date: July 16" OR "Post Conference Visit - Date: July 22" - Please, specify the date(s) you are interested in.

Please, kindly note that participants have to fund their own their registration, travel and accommodation expenses. IASL and the Conference Organizers have no funds to support travel or registration.
