List of resources for mobile devices reviewed/suggested by the University of Alberta Library staff. Apps include DynaMed, LexiComp, StatRef, PEPID, First Consult, Natural Standard, and web apps like Access Medicine Mobile, MD Consult Mobile, STATREF Mobile, JAMA Evidence, and Psychiatry Online.
DynaMed is an evidence-based clinical reference tool for physicians and other health care professionals created for use primarily at the "point-of-care." The PDA/smartphone version is available for free to university staff and residents.
