METHOD OF EVALUATION
Students will be assessed on the basis of a midterm (25%) and a final exam (75%).
COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course will examine the rules governing unjust enrichment and restitution. Broadly speaking, the subject will be divided into seven sections:
• Introduction
• Enrichment to the Defendant
• Corresponding Deprivation to the Plaintiff
• Absence of Juristic Reason
• Defences
• Restitutionary Responses
