Unit Assessment Page 

Throughout the assessment, students will be assessed several times. When beginning each lesson, students will be asked if they know what collection is (they will be asked based on the topic of the day). Then, at the end of the day, students will be asked a second time what the concept is to check for understanding and if anything needes to be readdressed before moving forward. Then, at the end of the unit, students will complete formal-style assessment to check for understanding. The unit assessment will consist of labeling the correct parts of the water cycle with the parts provided. These pages will be stapled together for students to complete.  Students will be writing in with their pencils on the first page with no word bank provided and then matching the definitions to the corresponding title on the second page by cutting out the parts of the water cycle and gluing it to the matching definition.
