Instructional Design Sample

The following instructional design deliverables and planning documents were developed and delivered to the Idaho Food Bank in an effort to improve their training for receiving and inspecting dry/shelf-stable donations for The Idaho Foodbank. The Instructional Design Team consisted of 4 individuals- Sharnice Yates, Nicole Kraft, Jake Connley, and Elizabeth-Claire Knox (self).

Formative Evaluation

The following evaluation deliverable was developed for the Washington Headquarters Services’ (WHS) in an effort to evaluate the Aspiring Leader Program (ALP) to identify areas of improvement and recommendations for the overall content and marketability of the program. The evaluation team consisted of 4 individuals Victoria Couch, Nolan Lovett, Kaleigh Wood, and Elizabeth-Claire Knox (self).
