While completing Master of Science degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) at Boise State University, I developed competencies which enabled me to achieve the OPWL Program Learning Goals listed below. The OPWL Program Learning Goals document, shown on the right, explains how I demonstrated these OPWL Program Learning Goals in my work samples.
