Needs Assessment

This Needs Assessment was completed in December 2021 by a four member team from the Boise State University OPWL program for Aesthetic Day Spa and H&B (pseudonyms). The goal of this assessment was to help identify potential interventions that would improve the Membership Sales Consultant role and improve Aesthetic Day Spa’s ability to achieve their desired performance.

Formative Evaluation

This Evaluation was conducted for the Washington Headquarter Services' Aspiring Leader Program (ALP) in the spring semester of 2023 with a final delivery in April 2023. The purpose of the evaluation was to conduct a formative evaluation of the ALP and identify ways the designers can improve the program to make it better for its participants. The evaluation team consisted of four individuals from the Boise State University's OPWL program.
