After learning about the challenges and benefits of a Flipped Classroom, I created a PowerPoint presentation to present to the school for implementation. In the PowerPoint, I discuss the issues, challenges, and benefits associated with The Flipped Classroom instructional strategy and create an implementation timeline for a successful rollout of the new strategy. After researching the flipped classroom strategy and compiling the key facts, this assignment aligns with the Leadership PLO. I have researched and presented a new teaching strategy to my school that should help enhance their teaching and learning environments. 

In the Intro to Educational Technology course, I was tasked with thinking about a challenge I was facing and coming up with a solution. I focused on my students' social-emotional regulation and how teachers can help support them. I had to develop desired outcomes to help meet this goal and provide a solution that resulted in a folder of resources for the teachers to reference and use in the classroom. As this assignment aimed to identify a challenge and come up with a solution, this relates to the Leadership PLO as I was acting in a leadership role by researching ways and strategies to present to the teachers to use in their learning environments. 

The Dom's Tech Tips website was the final project I created during my Instructional Technology Coaching course. The website included a resource page, guiding standards for teachers, "Just in Time" resources, quick resource pages about different pedagogical practices, and professional development units. It was created as a one-stop shop for teachers needing help incorporating technology into the classrooms. It relates to the Leadership PLO as I am assuming a role in leadership by creating resources and professional development based on emerging ed tech trends for teachers to incorporate into their teaching and learning environments.
