Activity #1: Music and Dance

Listen to each song and analyze the theme. Write a paragraph about how music affects how we feel and how it helped the colonists.

Activity #2: Physical Education

Dance was a popular form of activity for all classes. With a partner, create a dance you think would fit in with the colonial era dances.

Activity #3: Art

Look at each art piece, click on the link, and read the articles about each one. Write a paragraph about how art helps us understand events and people.
