Dear First Grade Families!       

 My name is Christina Bingham and I am so excited to be your child's first grade teacher this year! This is my 22nd year teaching and my 14th at The Villages Charter School. I have two daughters- Lindsey graduated from VCS in 2022 and Aubrey is a senior this year. 

In my free time, I love spending time with my family, shopping, and going to the beach. 

Orientation is Tuesday, August 4. There are two identical sessions. The first session is from 11:00-1:00 and the second session is from 4:00-6:00.  Please bring your child's school supplies with you that day if you are able to. 

First grade is a fun year.  I am looking forward to a successful year!  I believe that you and I are a team working together to help your child develop emotionally and academically.  You are the most important person in your child’s life and you are also a teacher in your child’s life.  I know if we work together and communicate, your child will have a very successful year!
