Secondary Curriculum​

The TUSD curriculum is aligned with the Arizona Academic Standards.

The TUVA curriculum has many options available to ensure the success for your student. TUVA curriculum consists of the required courses that a student will need to be promoted into high school or graduate from High School. TUVA also offers Credit Recovery Options, Advanced Placement, Dual Enrollment, Honors, STEM and ELD. The TUVA core subject areas and elective  curriculum options sets them apart from other online programs in town.​

It is important for all high school students to be in contact with their assigned Counselor. High school students need to keep track of the courses they take to remain on track for high school graduation. Scholars who do not complete a course or who fail a course will not receive credit and will no longer be on track to graduate. Students will then need to take summer school or credit recovery to graduate on time. We want to ensure that all high school students are on track for graduation.
