New Arduino Certification
August 25, 2022
We're happy to announce that the Academy is offering a brand new certification to be proficient in Arduino board programming. This certification is provided directly by the Arduino company and can be obtained by passing a test after completing a series of prescribed projects that teach certain skills and concepts. This certification is currently offered for Seniors in the EDD class.

Academy Students Move to state STEAM Expo Competition

We're excited to welcome our LARGEST incoming class in Academy history, with 73 new Freshmen and 4 new Sophomores! We have some wonderful things in store for this year and we can't wait to share them with our new Engineers.
Final Project Showcase

The Senior Showcase this year included project displays from all Freshmen, Sophomore, and Junior Academy students. This year had, by far, the highest attendance of any Showcase event in our history! We're thankful to our judges Zach Cardoza from Keiser Corporation in Fresno and Monique Mello from QK Inc. in Visalia for giving our Seniors wonderful feedback on their projects.
Engineering Week Design Challenge 2022

Congratulations to the winners of this years Engineering Week Challenge: Victor Madrigal-Sanchez (1st - Junior), Brandon Hernandez (2nd - Junior), and Andre Flores (3rd - Junior). These three students designed, created, and presented their cardboard arcade games and some of their work can be seen below.
