Below you will find an input file for a two-section Modelocked laser with the parameters for a 1300 nm photonic integration platform.
Also included on this page are Python files for running the simulation and plotting results and a parameter file for the 1300 nm quantum well based layer stack. All files have matching simulation parameters.
PhISim_pars_1300.txt - Description of the parameters for a 4 quantum well amplifier at 1300 nm
PMLL_1300nm.txt - description of the passive modelocked laser which is being simulated (see schematics in the picture)
carrierfile.txt - input file for the carrier density starting values
