Below you will find a simple device input file for a single semiconductor optical amplifier.
Also included on this page are two matlab/octave files and Python files for running the simulation and plotting results and a parameter file. All files have matching simulation parameters. The parameters in PHIsim_invoer_amp.txt are for a 4-QW amplifier.
