During Term 1 our Indigenous Education Team works closely with classroom teachers to develop student Personal Learning Plans (PLP's).
PLP's are designed in 3 parts.
Part 1 is completed by the student with their classroom teachers.
Students will answer questions about themselves and what they like/dislike about school.
This will help us to learn more about the individual student.
In Part 2, students, teachers, parents and members from the Indigenous Education Team will set individual goals and commit to making these goals achievable.
Part 3 is a reflection of the student completed by the classroom teacher.
To ensure we can assist your student to meet their desired goals, we can't stress enough the importance of regular attendance.
