When to Reach Out:
If you’re concerned about a student, friends, or your own mental health, safety, or well-being.
If you notice a friend, classmate, or peer showing signs of distress (missing class, expressing hopelessness, sudden behavior changes, etc.).
If you’re unsure where to start, please reach out, and we’ll help connect you to the right resources.
