Request Accommodations

Make contact with the ALA office to self-report and begin the interactive, 4 step-process with an ALA staff person. 

STEP 1

To request accommodations for the first time at TSTC, complete the:

STEP 2

Provide documentation. See Documentation Guidelines in the Resources section below. 

To submit documentation, email adarequest@tstc.edu or fax to 254-777-6507.

STEP 3

Schedule an Intake Meeting. See How to Prepare for the Intake in the Resources section below. 

An ALA staff member will contact you to schedule an Intake Meeting. The staff will collaborate with college personnel to develop appropriate accommodations that ensure equal access to all programs, activities, and services at TSTC.

STEP 4

ALA will send individualized Faculty Notification Letters to each of your instructors. The date of the letter indicates the effective date of the approved accommodations.
