We know that observations, lesson plans and student learning objectives do not fully capture the layers of your professional responsibilities. What is stored in Frontline serves as your professional portfolio for the year. The Evidence Submission Form is the place where you can record everything else; the feedback from a parent, the email with your team that represents the collaboration that you built, the grading system you designed that worked better, the professional learning you found and participated in.
Don't feel pressure to capture EVERYTHING you have done this year...just the highlights. What is the best of the best? If you were writing a resume, what would you want to mention briefly? What stands out? Put a brief summary of THAT in your evidence submission form -- especially if it is not going to appear anywhere else in your APPR. Don't let the good stuff get lost in the mix!
Please write brief notes in the appropriate Domain Section. Next to each note, please reference the Component (i.e. 2a, 4c) with which this evidence is aligned. For all attachments, remember to clearly detail the Domain and Component in the notes as you upload.
