Music Program
Our Music Program is led by Music Specialist, Walter Kimmelman. Interested students in grades 3-8 have the opportunity to learn piano. Students in grades 5-8 have opportunities to learn to play band instruments such as brass (saxophone, trumpet, trombone), wind (flute or clarinet), guitar and drums. Experienced students play together in the Jazz Band. Strings and chorus have also been offered through our Music Program. Music students enjoy playing for our school community at seasonal music concerts.
Friday Electives
Each Friday, grade 3-8 students participate in a multi-grade elective class of their choice lead by school staff. Class offerings rotate through the year. Examples of elective offerings include:

Yearbook Committee
6th-8th Grade students can apply to be a part of the Yearbook Committee. Students learn and practice graphic design, photography, typography, and more with the school yearbook as their culminating project.
