Gender pronouns: They/Them

I am experienced in serving adults and teens (16 to 40) processing sexual and gender identity, complex trauma, sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, big life changes, and individuals affected by systemic oppression. My passion is working with POC, neurodivergent, and trans young adults.

I believe in creating a safe space to identify and process emotions while providing resources and coping skills. I utilize internal family systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and somatic therapy the most, but believe collaborating and working with an individuals' needs is the best way to approach my work with clients.

As a therapist I believe in the connection of all oppression and am affirming to the LGBTQ+ community, believe that all bodies are valuable, Black lives matter, and neurodivergence is not less than.
