I have experience with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, life changes, and processing impacts of oppression. My role is to hold space while you go through the journey of experimenting with change and deepening your understanding of yourself. It is your strength that will make change possible. I hope to create a safe and welcoming environment while providing you with resources along the way.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana. This allows me to practice as a therapist with anyone in the state of Indiana. Currently, I am working on of training in Gestalt through the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and hope to weave this new training into my practice. I am specifically trained in several modalities and hold credentials including:

• Inference-Based CBT  (treatment for OCD)

• Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as a Nationally Credentialed provider

• Completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy

Most importantly, my therapy practice celebrates LGBTQIA+, Queer, and gender diverse communities, kink, non-monogamy, sex work, fat bodies, neurodivergence, and any person who needs a safe place to explore, experiment, and grow.
