Some participants may be required to obtain a visa in order to participate in the program, depending on their nationality and length of stay.
Participants are responsible for confirming whether a visa is required and for completing the necessary procedures at the Japanese embassy or consulate in their home country.
If a visa is required, please note that the application process may take several weeks.
We strongly recommend that you begin the visa application process as early as possible after receiving your acceptance. Upon request, we can provide the documents necessary to support your visa application.
