Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Minimum GPA of 2.3/3.0 in the most recent academic year. Refer to the GPA calculation methods.

• Currently enrolled as a student at a Tohoku University partner institution.

• Not receiving financial support from any other institution exceeding 80,000 JPY.

• Agree to cooperate with post-award surveys conducted by JASSO.

Application Procedure

To apply for the JASSO Scholarship, select "Yes" in the "JASSO Scholarship" column of the program application form and enter your GPA. Selection results will be notified in your acceptance letter.
