Before requesting repairs
Be aware of the Standard on Small Repairs Paid for by the Tenant.
Even in the case of damage not attributable to the resident (such as damage caused by natural disasters, the passage of time, or other unavoidable events), the resident may be asked to cover the cost if the damage is minor.
The scope of minor repairs to be borne by the resident is detailed in the separate table.
If the damage falls under a category listed in the separate table, you must either carry out the repairs yourself or arrange for a contractor to perform the repairs. (There are no restrictions on which contractor you may use.)

How to request repairs
Email the Asset Management Section at the email below.
Download the form 09, "Request for Housing Repair" (宿舎修繕要望書) fill it out and attach it to the email.
Be sure to include:
Your name
Housing name and unit number
Description and location of the item in need of repair
Your availability to meet with the repairman
Once we have your availability, we will check with a repairman and let you know when they will come to take a look at the situation.
