Job Shadowing is also known as T.I.P. Externship Program. As per T.I.P. Job Shadowing Policy, it is a short-period career exploration activity that allows students (the job shadower) to observe supervisors, managers or employers (the job shadow host) as they perform their regular job duties. It shall provide an opportunity for students to observe real life work in a career field, motivate them to plan their career goals, and validate the relationship between their educational experience and their planned career choice. It shall also provide an opportunity for students to learn best practices from the personal experience of the Job Shadow Host.

This is the endorsement letter that is signed by Sir Salirick Andres and the Dean of the College of Arts, Dr. Jocelyn T. Arcillas. When I gave it to Atty. Marigondon (my supervisor), a week before the job shadowing, we've talked about what I am going to do in the job shadowing including the general policies and when is she available to be job shadowed. I gave this letter to Atty. Marigondon along with the Job Shadowing Program Briefer and the Job Shadow Host Evaluation so she could read it ahead of time. We then decided to make a job shadowing on April 4-5, 2022.
These days are hearing day and my supervisor have the same routine every hearing day.
Based on my observation, before the hearing starts:
She received and signed some letters.
She also encode important documents in her office.
Review some cases or checking the case records.
During the hearing:
She prepares the case records.
She prepares the court calendar and verifying the status of case.
Hearing of proper presentation of evidence per case.
She did an issuance of certificate of attendance to government official witnesses.
The Presiding Judge prohibits anyone to take pictures during hearing for confidential reasons but I tried to talked to my supervisor if I can take pictures of her during the hearing for the documentation. Gladly, she said that I can.

After accomplishing the required minimum 8 hours of Job Shadowing Program, I asked Atty. Marigondon to fill-out the job shadow host evaluation sheet and I also fill-out the Job Shadower Reflection sheet.
