Starting a new project
Continuing a project
🔎 Step 1: Check for Existing Work
Ask yourself: Has this project or something similar been recommended or started before?
Do a quick search in:
*The Google Projects Folder
*The Google Site
If you find something:
*It’s likely part of the Strategic Base Projects
*Build on what already exists—don't duplicate work
🆕 Step 2: If You didn't find anything It’s
New, Set It Up Right as a new project.
First, identify what category it falls under
→ (Refer to the Core Project Categories List 🔗)
Then, create a new folder in the Projects Folder to get started
📂 All new projects begin with properly named & creating a folder for the new project.
Optional but recommended create Task Coordination Hub (TCH/TPS)S 🔗
The second question you should ask is: Will this project involve multiple people? If the answer is yes, then you should use project management tools. Project organization varies based on complexity. Simple projects may use only a folder; moderate projects may add a To-Do List; and complex projects may also include a TPS Task Platform Site. First put it on the project list ( Link here) then take a look at the examples of Project Folder , a Template To Do List & Lastly a task platform site TPS Click on the examples------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------>
