In the Upper VIth we study more advanced topics with reference to 20th and 21st century Analytic and Continental philosophers, thinkers and movements including Wittgenstein, Heidegger, Pragmatism, Psychoanalysis, Existentialism, Marxism and Post-Liberalism.
The Year 13 course builds upon the first year through the study of the philosophy of language, continental philosophy and existentialism, political philosophy, sexual ethics, the divine attributes, moral psychology, metaethics and the renaissance of Aristotle’s virtue ethics.
