Served as interim campus director for 12 campuses
Initiated culture efforts across the director team and among staff -- including initiating a fundraising campaign, spearheading a new fall festival, decorating bulletin boards, starting a new social media campaign, restarting the Sunshine team, designing Difference Maker awards, writing newsletters with new projects and graphics, connecting with all leads (30+ staff) and directors to celebrate staff from all SpEd disciplines

Led multiple district-wide programs, supporting strategic initiatives and balancing district priorities for multiple Executive Directors:
co-developed a district-wide threat assessment utilized by all administrators and counselors
spearheaded a HS social-emotional learning program for 10 campuses, including programming, leadership updates, coaching, and supervising a team that created weekly advisory lessons for 15,000 students
co-created a district Strategic Support Plan submitted to TEA to address significant disproportionality (SD3), including project management of multi-year goals, data analysis, writing campus action plans to address root causes, implementing solutions, and providing support to 11 cohort schools and admin teams
project-managed the implementation of a district-wide truancy program; co-created training and processes for a new truancy program, reaching 300+ campus administrators
trained district staff on Restorative Practices; co-developed a refresher course (with Executive Director of Student Services) and toolkit for staff - reaching 1,000+ professional staff

Volunteering in LISD
Being part of a community means giving back and ensuring the next generation experiences opportunities. I volunteer my time to help with multiple community events and I have co-organized multiple large-scale events and then taught future organizers how to implement the plan after I left
