Jockey Club Augmented Reality in Arts Education Project
賽馬會 AR 藝術教育計劃
Date: Jan 2022 - June 2023
The arts education project is organised by Osage Art Foundation, in collaboration with four higher education institutions. The project offers students a unique interdisciplinary experience that integrates the four pillars of art, culture, technology, and history. Students experienced the process of producing the AR art project through research, concept development, scenographic design, photogrammetry, and the realization of an exhibition. The public art exhibition was held at Tai Kwun in 2022 Summer, which is the outcome of 1 Year of this Education Project.
With the “JC AR Education Project” app installed, you are invited to explore and interact with the augmented reality (AR) 3D models created by our students and placed in different locations in Tai Kwun. You will be able to enter the virtual world and interact in the present with AR models drawn from the stories of past and future, compose and recreate your own new narratives in our school info day 2022.

賽馬會 手作確幸青年工藝教育計劃
Date: Nov 2021 - June 2023
A 3-year project, which focuses on the inheritance of traditional craft and culture in local secondary school and to promote the using of handmade functional wares in the society as a whole.
Through learning-by-doing and cross-disciplinary learning experience, students will be able to develop their craft making (woodwork) techniques and creative entrepreneurship. These comprehensive skills will open up alternative routes for students into career development in craft business. Handcraft exhibition and fair will be organized to arouse public awareness on craft and the creative economy.
The project also empowers students to use their own hands and creativity to make contribution to the society. Through visits and interactions with communities in need such as the elderly, patients and people with different abilities, students will understand the needs of diverse communities, and will design and create wooden and ceramics wares to benefit various community members in the society.
