TSD Chromebook Request Form
For students who do not have an adequate computer at home to do school work during times of school closure, TSD offers a limited number of Chromebooks for checkout to students. Students are not required to check out a Chromebook.

Print out the Work Tracker sheet, and color in a space for each completed learning activity.
6-12
Using a notebook or other tracking tool, record time invested in continuing your learning beyond the classroom!
Optional:
Use social media for good! Connect with friends and classmates using social media that your parents approve. Share posts with teachers when school resumes!
