Religious Education involves studying two of the main world religions; Christianity and Sikhism. We look at their beliefs, teachings and practices. We also look at four themes and study these in depth, looking at them from the religious points of view and forming our own opinions around these.

How will I be Assessed?
You will be assessed through examination in Summer 2027, but don't worry about this as you have already practised GCSE style questions through in your RE lessons in Years 7 - 9.

Religious Education is a good qualification if you are considering a career that involves working with people, and it also demonstrates your ability to think through some difficult topics for themselves.
