Homework

Homework forms an important component of student learning. In science it is used to ensure that students have retained they key information taught and are well prepared for exams.

For all year groups homework is split into 2 parts:

• Standard tasks are set for the whole year group. These are a combination of recall tests to help students ensure they retain information and, in the upper school, production of revision resources in preparation for GCSE examinations. More information about these tasks can be found by clicking the appropriate number below.
• Class specific tasks such as preparation for end of unit test tests, completion of tasks started in class and pre reading material will be set as required by class teachers. If you wish to see this work please ask your child to log into google classroom.
