Madeleine Parish Pandemic Planning

Many of the precautions intended to reduce the spread of COVID also proved to slow the spread of colds and flu, underscoring the effectiveness of local measures in protecting community health.  In this light, the Madeleine Safety & Security Committee drafted the Madeleine Parish (DRAFT) Pandemic Plan, creating a framework by which the Parish can prepare for and continue to safely come together as a faith community while in the midst of an active pandemic.  Review the (DRAFT) plan by clicking on the button below:

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) saves lives and protects people from health threats. The CDC conducts critical science and provides health information that protects the nation against expensive and dangerous health threats, and responds when these arise.


The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) works to ensure all people and communities can achieve optimum physical, mental, and social well-being through partnerships, prevention, and access to quality, affordable health care. 



The Washington Department of Health works with others to protect and improve the health of all people in  Washington state.
