First-aid kits and Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) are distributed for quick access in the Main Church, the Saint Catherine Room off the Old Church, and in the Parish Hall.
First-Aid and Active Shooter Emergency Kits are located in the Main Church vestibule closet, the Church sacristy, and in the Saint Catherine Room off the Old Church, in the wall cabinet directly adjacent to the wall-mounted AED. In addition to standard first-aid supplies, trauma supplies, including tourniquets, are included in each kit.
AED play a critical role in responding to cardiac emergencies. One AED is located in the church vestibule and another is located in the parish hall. Both are wall-mounted kits hanging in plain site available for immediate use.
