The Student Section Help Desk Center has been designed and created as a one-stop shop for students. There are an array of different help articles to assist the student in their usage of CourseKey. Including, but not limited to; Student guides, Editing accounts, Completing an assessment, etc.
The Instructor Section of the Help Desk Center hosts many articles centered around helping the faculty navigate CourseKey. These articles include but are not limited to: "How To's", Instructor set up guide, Attendance technology Overview etc.
The Administrators Section of the Help Desk Center hosts important articles that help admins manage the CourseKey application at their institution.
